Privacy Policy

OFFO is an 18+ service for sharing outfits, requesting fashion feedback, voting, and participating in private Circles. This policy applies to the OFFO mobile app and these public legal pages.

We collect information needed to run the service:

• Account information: email address, display name, username, optional profile details, and your fit-profile selection.
• Community activity: outfit photos, captions or post details, votes, feedback, saves, reports, blocks, Circle messages, reactions, and invitations.
• Safety and operations information: moderation status, report details, enforcement records, and limited technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
• Subscription information: OFFO receives subscription status and purchase identifiers from RevenueCat. Apple or Google processes the payment; OFFO does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Age eligibility: only that you attested that you are 18 or older, the attestation time, and its version. We do not send or store the date of birth you enter during signup.

Uploaded outfit photos are stored so OFFO can display them according to the audience you choose, operate the feed, and moderate them. Public posts may be visible to other OFFO members; private Circles and other limited-audience features are shown only to the people permitted by those features.

Before an uploaded image is approved, OFFO sends it to Hugging Face's inference service for automated image-safety classification and may send it to human reviewers when a report or moderation decision requires review. This is not a guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

If you choose selfie voting, the app temporarily captures front-camera frames to detect head direction on your device. OFFO does not upload those temporary frames for the selfie-voting feature and deletes them after the local check.

We use information to create and secure accounts; personalize the outfit experience; display, rank, and deliver community activity; process subscriptions; enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines; respond to reports and legal requests; and maintain and improve OFFO. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or sell it.

OFFO uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and related backend services; Hugging Face for the image-safety classification described above; and RevenueCat for subscription status. We share information with these providers only to operate the relevant service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or OFFO, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain account and community information while your account is active and as needed for safety, legal, dispute, and operational purposes. You can request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or the public account-deletion page. Deleting an account removes account data and associated content unless we must retain a limited, non-identifying receipt or records required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. We may update this policy when OFFO changes; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance in the app.
