Privacy Policy

OFFO is an 18+ service for sharing outfits, requesting fashion feedback, voting, and participating in private Circles. This policy applies to the OFFO mobile app and these public legal pages.

We collect information needed to run the service:

• Account information: email address, display name, username, optional profile details, and your fit-profile selection.
• Community activity: outfit photos, captions or post details, votes, feedback, saves, reports, blocks, Circle messages, reactions, and invitations.
• Safety and operations information: moderation status, report details, enforcement records, and limited technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
• Subscription information: OFFO receives subscription status and purchase identifiers from RevenueCat. Apple or Google processes the payment; OFFO does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Age eligibility: only that you attested that you are 18 or older, the attestation time, and its version. We do not send or store the date of birth you enter during signup.

Continuing from the photo step uploads your selected photos privately so safety checks can run while you finish your post. Unpublished uploads expire after 24 hours and are scheduled for deletion; an older saved draft can upload its photos again. A draft is not shown in the feed or charged a post credit before you submit it.

Published outfit photos are stored so OFFO can display them according to the audience you choose, operate the feed, and moderate them. Public posts may be visible to other OFFO members; private Circles and other limited-audience features are shown only to the people permitted by those features.

Uploaded outfit photos require human moderation before they appear in the feed. Automated checks may use OpenAI's moderation service to identify sexual content, violence and self-harm, or Hugging Face's inference service in earlier versions. These checks support human review and do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

If you choose selfie voting, the app temporarily captures front-camera frames to detect head direction on your device. OFFO does not upload those temporary frames for the selfie-voting feature and deletes them after the local check.

We use information to create and secure accounts; personalize the outfit experience; display, rank, and deliver community activity; process subscriptions; enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines; respond to reports and legal requests; and maintain and improve OFFO. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or sell it.

OFFO uses Supabase for authentication, database, and related backend services; Cloudflare R2 for storing and delivering uploaded images; OpenAI or, in earlier versions, Hugging Face for the image-safety checks described above; and RevenueCat for subscription status. We share information with these providers only to operate the relevant service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or OFFO, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain account and community information while your account is active and as needed for safety, legal, dispute, and operational purposes. You can request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or the public account-deletion page. Deleting an account removes account data and associated content unless we must retain a limited cleanup record described below, or records required by law. Past votes remain only in anonymous totals for surviving posts and matches, so results do not change when a voter deletes their account. The deleted voter’s account link, individual voting history, request records, and personal feedback are erased. Removing an outfit also removes its affected Ranked matches from results. If deletion is interrupted, a restricted cleanup record keeps your account identifier and owned file paths until cleanup is verified, then erases those details. Cleanup can continue after your login is removed.

Deleting your OFFO account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel it through your store account. Payment and subscription providers may retain purchase records under their own policies. Complimentary Pro ends with the deleted account.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. We may update this policy when OFFO changes; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance in the app.
