Terms of Service

OFFO is for people who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Do not use OFFO if you are under 18.

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may not create an account for another person without authorization, evade a suspension, or transfer your account.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant OFFO the limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license needed to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and distribute that content within OFFO according to the audience and features you select. You confirm you own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to share it, including from identifiable people shown in it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

You must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, do not:

• post sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation material, or any content that depicts, facilitates, or promotes abuse of a minor;
• post illegal sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitative content;
• harass, threaten, demean, or target people based on protected characteristics;
• impersonate someone, misuse another person's identity or image, or misrepresent affiliation;
• post violent, graphic, or illegal content, or use OFFO to plan or encourage harm;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, scrape content, or use OFFO for spam or scams.

We may use automated review and human review, and may remove, restrict, label, or preserve content; limit features; suspend; or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Guidelines, law, or safety require it. Automated review can be wrong, and availability of any post does not mean OFFO approves it. Report concerns in the app or at [email protected]. You may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting us with your account email, the decision, and relevant context.

Paid OFFO features, if offered, are purchased through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play store and are subject to that store's payment terms. Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are presented before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you bought them.

OFFO is provided on an “as available” basis. Community feedback is opinion, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, OFFO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses arising from community content or your use of the service.

You may stop using OFFO and request deletion at any time. We may update these Terms; updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an effective update, or a requested re-acceptance where required, means you accept it.
